I was so excited to see chives beginning to grow in my backyard herb garden on Sunday, but now I'm worried that the snowfall from the past two days will kill them. Ironically I came across a twitter update from TOfoodie about an article on how to successfully grow herbs indoors! Herbs can be very tricky to grow but it's well worth it because there's nothing like fresh herbs to help make a special dish. Herbs truly have the ability to completely transform a dish. I think I may give growing herbs indoors another try...at least until my herb garden is thriving in the yard!
