Hunger Desperation: Freeze Next Weeks Dinner

Everyday millions of people are affected by Hunger Desperation.  After a long day of work or school, you come home starving, only to find your fridge absolutely EMPTY!  It is in these dangerous moments that Hunger Desperation can occur and one often ends up turning to that bag of chips that has been sitting on your counter, getting more and more stale by the day; a box of Kraft Dinner, full of artificial ingredients; or that tasteless frozen entree, full of strange unpronounceable preservatives, that you regret ever buying in the first place! Hunger Desperation can strike when you least expect it, so to make sure you, your family, or your roommate are not affected by this horrible condition, please, prepare yourself.

A great tip to prevent Hunger Desperation is to think ahead! For example, the next time you see ground beef on sale, buy a large amount.  When you get home, get out your favourite hamburger patty recipe and make up a large batch to freeze.  This way you have several nights of dinners ready to go, and you are aware of everything you have put into that patty.  No extra fat or artificial ingredients here! Frozen hamburgers don't take long to thaw so they easily work as a last minute meal.  So the next time you are unsure of what to make for dinner and are about to turn to the stale bag of chips, remember that you thought ahead with a plan to save yourself and your family from Hunger Desperation!
