Ingredients:
Mixed Greens
Tomato
Celery
fresh Dill
2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1 tsp garlic
1 tsp dijon mustard
5-6 tbsp olive oil
salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
Directions:
1. In a small bowl add vinegar, garlic, mustard and whisk well. Slowly add olive oil while continuing to whisk. Add salt salt and pepper to taste.
2. Mix vinaigrette with vegetables and dill.
